@KYT_ThatsME @BaconBurgerXL @Ebony_QT I was incredibly grateful for 3 months of paternity leave (equal to the maternity policy), but not many companies are so gracious. There was an option for more unpaid time as well without loss of rank/position, but I didn’t take it. My wife (sadly) was not nearly as fortunate.
