@pamasaur @x0pherl As @zeldman noted yesterday, mentors get a lot out of the relationship too. I learned from @mmatuzo and @amberleyjohanna and grew with them too. When everyone involved is committed and personalities are a good match, mentorship is a win-win.Permalink On twitter.com
