    @ZackArgyle @JemYoung @FrontEndHH To be honest, the definition of PWA depends on who you are talking to, because each audience has different concerns. For some, it's about web as native, others it's performance, still others it's specific technical underpinnings (HTTPS, Web App Manifest & Service Worker).
