@ChrisLove @adactio @tysonmatanich @gregwhitworth I hope neither. Permissions should only be requested when they’re needed. Twitter does this really well. For storage, I’d want to see a prompt the 1st time you go to save a movie (or similar) offline. It would let you know what is required *before* the permission dialog appears.
