@catchatweetdown Trout is super easy in cast iron. Salt, pepper the fish, heat olive oil in the pan, skin side down until the flesh starts to go opaque, them flip for another minute or so. User the same seasonings on asparagus and throw them in the oven on 350 until tender & a little charred.
