@thedezzie This gives Dezzie agency to speak up and reclaim her idea while still giving her the power to decline to claim it (allow you to accept the blame for calling out a potential rehash of her idea, not her) or for her to decline to add anything to the situation.Permalink On twitter.com

@thedezzie It does avoid confrontation, but that’s not a cop out. Assuming the person who rehashed her idea may not have done so intentionally, there’s no need to call them out. If the person is a repeat offender, however, a different approach is likely needed.Permalink On twitter.com
