      @SaraSoueidan @stevefaulkner @m_ott @maddesigns No semantics there, but it’s an indicator to JavaScript to pull it out. My feeling is that the pullquote should be skipped in the reading order as it is presentational (albeit content) and quite often out of context.

    @SaraSoueidan @stevefaulkner @m_ott @maddesigns Looking back on this now (it’s been a while), I’d probably inject a proper blockquote with aria-hidden set to "true" (or some similar device). That should avoid the potential double-read for browser/screen reader combos that expose generated content.
