    @rikschennink @smashingmag No negativity intended. It was a request meant to make your very interesting project even better. I'd recommend using a tool like Accessibility Insights to run some automated and manual testing of the interface to begin with. Then test in a handful of AT/browser combos.

      @rikschennink @smashingmag AT = assistive tech In particular, I think there's going to be a few important bits to consider: 1. Should you announce changes to the value? If so, how often? 2. Users with vestibular disorders will likely want to turn off the animation, so look at prefers-reduced-motion.
