    @andybudd #2 is a real challenge. What do you do when colleague's authentic selves are in conflict? For instance, if a person is trans and another person thinks that makes them evil. Or if people are of conflicting religious traditions.

      @andybudd This is where a company must be clear on it's values. If it believes trans people are human beings deserving of love and respect (which they are), it needs to support them and not the hateful transphobe. It needs to make it clear there is no place for transphobia in the company.

        @andybudd The transphobe then has the option to work with and get to know their trans colleague (which I hope they do) or leave.

          @andybudd Many companies struggle with the reality that if they want to have an inclusive culture, some people—including some “star employees”—are gonna have to go.
