@seaotta My landlord returned to the States & had 0 quarantine requirements. Returning to Latvia, he’ll need to isolate in an apartment for 2 weeks without leaving or face a €5,000 fine for each infraction. 🤔 It’s no surprise we’re where we are with this thing.
