@mulegirl @Lemon_Chortles Agreed. One other thing I’ve been thinking about is how to appeal to folks in a different way. Clearly an appeal based on human decency isn’t resonating, so instead talking about how they stand to benefit from XYZ changes might gain some traction?

@mulegirl @Lemon_Chortles For example, a system that incentivizes managers to provide an inclusive working environment and disincentivizes them from creating/maintaining a toxic one *should* lead to more inclusive workplaces.

@mulegirl @Lemon_Chortles It feels icky to me to frame it like that, but if the end result is that workplaces become more inclusive* I am kinda ok with allowing some people to do it out of greed rather than altruism. * as defined by the least privileged in that workplace.
