@vogueandcode Cool. So yeah, as others have mentioned, oily fishes are good. Also octopus & squid. How are you on chickpeas, generally? Falafel is often good. Kibbeh is another favorite here. (I know you said no nuts, does that include pine nuts?) How about heart of palm?Permalink On twitter.com
