@heyjovo @nofontsgivenco My wife’s been on/off low fodmap diet for a while, but it can cause its own problems, in addition to being incredibly limiting, depending on how "low" you go. Consensus seems to be use for short periods as long term it’s not good for you. Gastroenterologist will have more advice.
