  1. What would y’all think about adding Web App Manifest-defined icons to the favicon fallback list? Something like 1. link[rel="shortcut icon"] || link[rel="icon"]; or 2. /favicon.ico (a.k.a., known location); or 3. If link[rel="manifest"], best "icons" member; or 4. Default.

      Honestly, it’d be nice to be able to remove another bit of markup from every HTML request. But maybe I’m alone in feeling that way. For more on favicons and browser implementations: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Favicon#Browser_implementation
