    @KimCrayton1 I definitely agree that the inequality & harm done in service to White supremacy is not going to be magically undone by subverting capitalism (biases of the systems & White folks are far too entrenched), however I am curious to hear how you see disentangling the two.

      @KimCrayton1 As I understand it, and I am not a historian, there was a good deal of cross-racial coalition building during Reconstruction. These coalitions were mainly workers and challenged capital. The agents of capital then actively stoked racial divisions to undermine their efforts.

        @KimCrayton1 And by dividing that worker community along racial lines, and getting the White members align themselves with the folks controlling capital—with who they shared skin tone—those in power we're able to undermine the workers’ efforts to push back and continue to exploit them all.
