    1. Just watched Harry & the Hendersons for the first time in decades. It held up pretty well overall. I’d totally forgotten it was filmed in Seattle and it was funny to see so many places I know so well now. One of the shots was even of my old corner in Belltown.

    I was sad to discover that Kevin Peter Hall, who played Harry, died of AIDS in 1991 at the young age of 35. Incidentally, he also played the Predator in the first two films. Rest in power, Mr. Hall.
