      @ParissAthena Agreed. If the end result is companies see the value in having a diverse workforce in that it helps them to build more inclusive products that can, in turn, be of value to a more diverse audience, I’m good with that. Intention vs. impact in another way, I guess.

    @ParissAthena To be clear though, safe spaces and equal compensation are prerequisites though.
