@polotek @engineering_bae @browniepoints I’ve had some mortgagers take excess payments and just hold them (I mean c’mon). Be sure to confirm the process with your lender to make sure it credits properly. If I recall, adding 1 extra payment/year can take a surprising number of years off your loan. Like 7 or something.
