      As @Rashad_Richey so often says, we need to hold the police to a *higher* standard, not a lower one when it comes to violations like this. We hold doctors to a higher standard. We hold teachers to a higher standard. Why do we so often give cops a pass?

    To be clear: I’m not anti-police. I’m anti-bad police. There are lots of good cops out there, but when you stand behind and protect the bad cops, you are condoning this kind of behavior and making it harder for the good cops to address it in order to get the bad cops out.
