    @perfectKeming Interesting idea. As a tool for realtors, it would increase their productivity. In consumer's hands it eliminates the need for realtors during the intake process and reduces the relationship to largely transactional.

      @perfectKeming A tool like this would also absolutely compound the inequity of public schooling too, which is an issue to consider as well.

        @perfectKeming If there's anything I've learned so far in AI, the challenge of systems like these is nuance. Nuance is harder to train for. It requires intention on so many levels.
