Honestly, I wish they'd taken the time to tuck into the pay portion a bit more. One of the former food service workers mentioned having to be on Medicaid when working at a restaurant, but they just skipped past that.Permalink On twitter.com

We don't talk enough about how we (taxpayers) subsidize low wage employers. It's ridiculous. We need to raise the federal minimum wage. Including for folks in food service/tipped jobs. People should not have to work 2-3 jobs just to keep their families houses & fed.Permalink On twitter.com
