@polotek When I say "compensation" for managers, that’s what I’m referring to as well. Some managers will work to support, grow, and promote diverse talent because they are personally motivated to do so. Others might prioritize it more if it was financially beneficial to them.

@polotek Similarly, if managers create or ignore a team culture that is toxic and antagonistic toward diverse members of that team (or other teams), there should be some financial implications for them (e.g., reduced bonus).
