      @polotek I’ve seen middling to poor bonuses for people who were not meeting expectations regarding their commitments (which are set with their managers and, as such, should be aligned with the team’s KPIs). To be clear: I’ve always been on the PM side of the house, not engineering.

    @polotek I’d also separate out cost of living increases from bonus (stock & cash), merit increases, leveling up, etc.
