@shalinpei @bencallahan Whether writing a book, article, or code, I'm a big fan of starting with an outline: I start with the high level takeaways and themes. Then I organize those into an arc. Next, I flesh out the sections, bit by bit. Then I go back and revise & reorganize if necessary.
