@SaraSoueidan Having done the freelance thing, run an agency, and worked for others (agencies, corps, etc.), I can honestly say nothing is perfect. That said, I've lucked into one of the best teams I've ever worked with & get paid to do what I love with people who respect each other. It rocks!
